Ch DeCaC's She's Causing A Commotion
Lacy
Lacy became a Champion after 3 weekends out. Lacy was just like her mother wild as a buck, could not keep her feet on the ground. So we decided to put Lacy up and let her grow up and just be a dog and play.
She loved it running on the farm bossing the others around, and doing her 2 favorite things eating and sleeping. Then as times pass we kept saying we need to get her back out in the show circuit, but at this time
Deb was showing Tanker and Max. You know the saying will take her next show.
4 Years Later
So after laying around and doing her favorite things we decided to put Lacy back out in the show world. Kathy a handler friend of Deb had been asking for years to take one of our Eskies and show. After much thought
Deb decided to let her try Lacy and see how things went. Lacy went with Kathy for a weekend to a show not to be showed but just to get to know each other and see if the match was going to work.
First Show in 4 years
April 10-12, 2009
At her first show in 4 years Lacy went in and did very well. This was a 3 day show and on the 2nd day Lacy took BOB over the top female eskie in the country.
2nd Show Weekend
April 18-20, 2009
Lacy and Kathy go to MD for a 3 day show and they take BOB all three days. Lacy is starting to get back to the way she was when she was showing 4 years ago. Kathy says she is still not there yet but getting closer.
3nd Show Weekend
April 25-26, 2009
Lacy and Kathy come home to VA and Lacy takes BOB both days. First time Deb has seen Lacy in a month. Lacy is over joyed at seeing her.
4th Show Weekend
May 3-5, 2009
Lacy and Kathy go out to MO for a 3 days of showing. Lacy takes BOB all 3 days
5th Show Weekend
May 8-10, 2009
Lacy and Kathy go to PA for a 3 days of showing. Lacy takes BOB all 3 days, Lacy is getting better each show says Kathy
6th Show Weekend
May 22-25, 2009
Lacy and Kathy go to VA [Memorial Day Cluster] for a 4 days of showing. Lacy takes BOB all 4 days. This is Lacy's 13th stright BOB win.
7th Show Weekend
May 29-31, 2009
Lacy and Kathy go to the American Eskimo Dog National Specialty. Lacy did not take BOB and of the days, but did take a AOM on 30th and 31st. Lacy was going against the top dogs in the country. Besides the BOB winner all 3 days Lacy was the only dog to win 2 days out of 3.
